Betfair Secures Sponsorship Agreement with Brazilian Football Club Cruzeiro
Gaming leader Betfair has teamed up with Cruzeiro, a legendary Brazilian soccer organization, in a sponsorship arrangement intended to support the team’s comeback to the premier league.
This two-year pact will showcase Betfair prominently on the men’s squad jerseys and will expand its visibility to the women’s team uniforms and throughout the club’s online platforms.
Cruzeiro’s CEO, Gabriel Lima, conveyed his eagerness, remarking, “This significant collaboration aligns with Cruzeiro’s standing. It’s overflowing with strength and possibility. The club is at an exceptional point.”
He stressed the importance of restoring supporter trust, saying, “Through our committed and skilled endeavors, we’re reconstructing our fan base, which is paramount to us.”
Lima sees the collaboration with Betfair, an industry frontrunner, as a critical move in Cruzeiro’s path back to the summit of Brazilian football.
Beyond financial backing, Betfair intends to engage Cruzeiro supporters through a range of activities, including prize drawings, VIP perks, exclusive deals, and unique experience opportunities.
Betfair will also incorporate Cruzeiro’s brand across its digital channels, website, and interview backgrounds.
